Service Description

It is a 2-to-4 week dual-lens audit. Most consultants only look at the spreadsheets (operations) OR the people (HR). You look at both simultaneously. You overlay the financial/operational data with the cognitive and motivational architecture of the leadership team. Your goal is to answer one question: Where is the friction between the organization's strategy and the team's actual capacity to execute it?
